Over decades in user experience field, I have seen it all; from command line to interface, from luxury to necessary. I have to admit we have gone far. At the current pace of technologies, we are the most important piece of development. UX is the common sense. And that is what I apply to my work, “The common sense”. If user does not get it, I fail doing my job. Because it is so simple, so easy, that is why it is so complicated.

A good UX design application to me is like a well-architected, well-designed home. A dream house that is carefully built based on strong foundation, innovative and unique architecture from front door-to-backyard, from wall-to-wall, from room-to-room with cares and lots of loves. Then finish it off with as established interior, which makes a great impact to the overall design. It is the team effort. If this is done right, I am calling it “the masterpiece”
